KB Home (NYSE: KBH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share, or $0.10 annualized. This is a 96% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.625.
The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 1, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
