International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE: IFF) today announced that its Board has approved a 9% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.23 to $0.25 per common share, payable on October 2 to shareholders of record on September 18.
IFF has increased its dividend 19 percent since October 2006. The Company's goal is to pay an annual dividend in the range of 30 percent to 35 percent of earnings.
International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the creation and manufacture of fragrance and flavor products in the United States and internationally.
