ITC Holdings (NYSE: ITC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3775 per share, or $1.51 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3525.
The dividend will be payable on September 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
