ING Prime Rate Trust (NYSE: PPR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.42 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 23, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 6, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.3 percent.
