IDACORP, Inc. (NYSE: IDA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 6, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 4, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
