Hudson Valley Holding (NASDAQ: HUVL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.46 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.94 million.
Board declared a $0.05 or 33% increase in the cash dividend to $0.20 per share, payable to all common stock shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 12, 2011. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders on or about August 22, 2011.
