Horizon Bancorp Indiana (NASDAQ: HBNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.
The dividend will be payable on October 14, 2011, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
