Home Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HME) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share, or $2.8 annualized. This is a 6.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.66.
The dividend will be payable on February 26, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 12, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
