Home BancShares, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOMB) Board of Directors declared an 8% stock dividend payable August 27, 2008 to shareholders of record August 13, 2008. In addition, the Board of Directors declared a regular $0.06 per share quarterly cash dividend payable September 12, 2008, to shareholders of record August 29, 2008. This cash dividend represents a $0.023 per share or 62% increase over the stock dividend adjusted $0.037 per share paid during the third quarter of the previous year.
