Home BancShares, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOMB) raised approximately $98.3 million through its previously announced underwritten public offering by issuing 4,950,000 shares of common stock. The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses were approximately $93.4 million.
The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 742,500 shares of the Company's common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. [SM]
