Hingham Institution for Saving (NASDAQ: HIFS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.
The dividend will be payable on July 21, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 11, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 7, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
