Herman Miller, Inc. (MLHR) Misses Q4 EPS by 2c; Boosts Qtr. Dividend 300% to 9c

Herman Miller, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLHR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.28, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $420.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $426.93 million.

The company also announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.09 per share payable in October 2012. This change represents an increase of over 300% from the current dividend payout of $0.022 per share.
