Healthcare Trust of America (HTA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.7% to $0.30; 3.5% Yield

Healthcare Trust of America (NYSE: HTA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 1.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.295.

The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
