Haynes International, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAYN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
