Harleysville Savings Financial (NASDAQ: HARL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.
The dividend will be payable on May 23, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
