Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 35.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.155.
The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
