HERITAGE FINL (NASDAQ: HBOS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 5, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
