Greene County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: GCBC) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend reflects an annual cash dividend rate of $0.68 per share which represents a 6.3% increase from the previous annual cash dividend rate of $0.64 per share.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2008, payable as of September 1, 2008.
