Greene County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: GCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.175 per share, or $0.7 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
