Granite Construction Incorporated (NYSE:GVA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share, or $0.52 annualized.
The dividend is payable January 15, 2010 for stockholders of record December 31, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.7%.
Granite Construction Incorporated, together with its subsidiaries, operates as a heavy civil construction contractor and a construction materials producer for public and private sector clients in the United States.
