Golar LNG Ltd (NASDAQ: GLNG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share, or $1.3 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.
The dividend will be payable on March 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
