Golar LNG Ltd (NASDAQ: GLNG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
