Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 (11 cents) per share that will be payable July 17, 2009, to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on July 7, 2009. The ex-dividend date is July 3, 2009. Due to the required period of time for the settlement of stock trades, this means that a holder must have purchased shares of Gentex common stock on or before July 2, 2009, in order to receive this cash dividend.
