GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $2.00 per share to all of its Class A and Class B shareholders, payable on December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2009.
The Board also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share to all of its Class A and Class B shareholders, or $0.12 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 29, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 11, 2009.
Yield on the quarterly dividend is 0.2%.
