Frontier Communications (NASDAQ: FTR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 46.7% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.1875.
The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 9 percent.
