Friedman, Billings, Ramsey (FBR) Suspends Dividend
Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. (NYSE: FBR) said its Board has decided not to pay a cash dividend this quarter. The Company last paid a cash dividend on October 31, 2007 of $0.05 per share.
The company said the repurchase of the Class A common stock represents a better use of the Company's financial resources. Friedman Billings raised its buyback plan to 100M shares.
