Forrester Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.
The dividend will be payable on February 20, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 4, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
The company also announced that its board of directors authorized a $50 million increase in the company’s stock repurchase program, bringing the total available share repurchase authorization to approximately $150 million. The company intends to engage an investment banker to assist it in exploring alternative means to accelerate the company’s share repurchase program. As of December 31, 2012, Forrester had approximately 22.3 million shares outstanding.
