Fly Leasing Ltd. (NYSE: FLY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.
The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 26, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7 percent.
