First Bancorp/NC (NASDAQ: FBNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 26, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
