Financial Institutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.
The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
