Fifth Street Finance Corp. (NYSE: FSC) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 29, 2009, to shareholders of record as of December 10, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 8, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 11.2%.
