Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
