FEI Co (NASDAQ: FEIC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 108.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on July 22, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 9, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 7, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
