Exelon Corp. (NYSE: EXC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.4 percent.
