Exelon Corp. (NYSE: EXC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6.8 percent.
