Eureka Financial Corp. (: EKFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 11, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
