Electro Rent Corp (NASDAQ: ELRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 18, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
