Edison International (NYSE: EIX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share, or $1.3 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
