Ecology and Environment (NASDAQ: EEI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2012.
