Ebix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBIX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2012.
