Eaton Corp PLC (NYSE: ETN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.
The dividend will be payable on March 22, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
