EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.
The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.
