Duke Energy Corp. (NYSE: DUK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share, or $1.02 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on September 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
