Dow Chemical Co. (NYSE: DOW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 28% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
