Delta Natural Gas Co, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2012.
