Daxor Corp. (NYSE: DXR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
