DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 3, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
