Cutwater Select Income Fund (NYSE: CSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.265 per share, or $1.06 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 24, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
