Curtiss-Wright Corp. (NYSE: CW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.
The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
