Cummins, Inc. (NYSE: CMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.
The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 22, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 20, 2012.
